Todd is an excellent, responsive, fair, and very knowledgeable Water Service expert. We have dealt with another Water Company for quite some time and our water was never right. Since working with Todd, he was able to identify our problems, fix them, recommend other helpful solutions (ie. RO for drinking), and did all this at a fair price in a very responsive manner. I really appreciate having someone around the area that is so knowledgeable and respectable to deal with. I will continue to do business with Todd and with Reliable.

If you want REALLY clean, non-chlorinated water for drinking, food prep and bathing, especially if you have skin or digestive sensitivities, then contact Reliable. My coffee tastes better, my pasta doesn't stick together, my skin and hair feels cleaner and not as dried out. Tyler and owner Todd Buchman answered all my questions, came on time and in just a few hours, installed a small reverse osmosis water system under my kitchen sink and a household system in my utility closet.

Todd was very responsive, knowledgable and honest. He did not have the service manual for the softner unit, so he had to return two weeks later to deliver it to us. Additionally, during the initial installation, he forgot to install an in-line faucet for the chemical feed tank and left a water line sagging that needed to be braced. He rectified these items during his return two weeks later with the system functioning fine in the meantime. Despite this, we would not hesitate to recommend Todd due to honesty, integrity, and his technical knowledge that in our experience, exceeds the industry standard.

Todd and his team at Reliable Water Treatment did a great job! They installed a new water softener, RO system, and pressure tank at my house and everything from start to finish went very smoothly. Since the installation, Todd has been very timely in responding to any questions that I have had and I am looking forward to him returning in a few weeks to make sure everything is operating properly.
