Todd was very responsive, knowledgable and honest. He did not have the service manual for the softner unit, so he had to return two weeks later to deliver it to us. Additionally, during the initial installation, he forgot to install an in-line faucet for the chemical feed tank and left a water line sagging that needed to be braced. He rectified these items during his return two weeks later with the system functioning fine in the meantime. Despite this, we would not hesitate to recommend Todd due to honesty, integrity, and his technical knowledge that in our experience, exceeds the industry standard.

Todd and his team at Reliable Water Systems did a great job! They installed a new water softener, RO system, and pressure tank at my house and everything from start to finish went very smoothly. Since the installation, Todd has been very timely in responding to any questions that I have had and I am looking forward to him returning in a few weeks to make sure everything is operating properly.
